Thank you for shopping with TopTierResells. We hope you are happy with your purchase.
However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery. Returns can be made quickly and easily by CLICKING HERE.
RETURN PERIOD
We offer a 14-day return window, starting from the day your package is received.
Please note: The return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
REFUNDS
Refund to Original Payment Method
If you choose a refund to your original payment method, please note:
- Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it is processed within 10 working days.
- After your refund is issued, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Banks may take up to 3 additional days to show the refund in your account.
You can track your return using the tracking link provided with your return shipment.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately.
Our support team will assess the issue and provide the best possible solution.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
The following items are non-returnable:
- Underwear garments (including socks)
- Perfumes without their original plastic seal
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
- Items returned worn, used, or damaged without prior approval — these will be rejected and destroyed
CUSTOMS & RETURN COSTS
- TopTierResells is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes on returned items.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Please keep your proof of shipment and tracking number until your return is fully processed.
- We cannot assist with lost returns if no proof of shipment is provided.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
We work to process returns as quickly as possible.
- Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 working days.
- You can track when your return has arrived using the tracking information.
- After the refund is completed, you will receive a confirmation message.
- Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to become visible in your bank account.
